Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure easy tracking and processing.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
