How do I determine my correct Dansko size?
Dansko shoes follow European (EU) whole sizes. To find your perfect fit, refer to our sizing chart which converts EU sizes to US standards. For our iconic clogs, there should be about a pinky-finger width of space between your heel and the back of the shoe.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure the soles are clean and show no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for those who need their comfort footwear sooner.
Are Dansko shoes suitable for professional use?
Yes, many of our collections, including the Professional series, are designed specifically for workplace environments. They feature slip-resistant outsoles and anatomical arch support ideal for healthcare, hospitality, and education professionals.
How should I clean and maintain my leather shoes?
Maintenance depends on the leather type. For Box leather, use a damp soapy cloth; for Oiled leather, use a damp cloth followed by a leather restorer or beeswax; and for Suede, use a specialized suede brush.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Specific shipping rates and customs duties for international orders are calculated at the final stage of checkout.
